• What are your / your tenant’s perceptions of comfort? Are you employing effective day lighting? In combination with an artificial lighting environment? Is the lighting on daylight control circuits? Are thermally efficient technologies being used? is there effective natural ventilation?

• Is you fit-out coordinated to ensure that the energy efficiency or design aspirations of the building envelop are strengthened and not undermined.
