Procurement (Tendering or Negotiation)

I will,

• Discuss your preferred procurement method and building contract with you.

In addition I may,

• Assist you in inviting potential builders and contractors to review the contract documentation and express an interest in providing a price for the work.

• Meet with you and your selected builders to discuss their approach to your project and their respective availability.

• Provide contract documentation to tenderers in order that they may price the work.

• Answer questions from tenderers and issue notices to tenderers.

• Analyze the tenders received and make a recommendation to you.

• Notify the successful and unsuccessful tenderers.

• Prepare contract documents for signing by the Client and Contractor.
